Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. You receive tracking by email as soon as the label is scanned.

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order. There is no free shipping threshold and no express option. All prices are in US dollars.

International delivery typically takes 1–3 weeks. Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility and are not collected by us at checkout.

Tracking and delays
Tracking is provided once an order ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or service disruptions. If 30 days pass without tracking information, email support@gianinagifts.com.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will re-send it once the second label is covered.
