Refund policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through GiaNina Gifts, operated by GiaNina Collective LLC. It is the only returns policy in force and it matches the policy shown at Returns & Refunds.
The short version
If an item is not as described, that is on us and we will make it right. If it simply did not work out, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
Secondhand items
Nearly everything in this shop is pre-owned and one of a kind. Normal signs of wear are part of buying secondhand and are noted in each listing, so wear that has been disclosed is not on its own grounds for a return. Please read the condition notes and measurements before ordering.
Not as described, damaged, or the wrong item
Email support@gianinagifts.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We cover return shipping and refund you in full, or replace the item if we have something comparable.
Changed your mind
Email us within 30 days of delivery to start a return. The item must come back unworn, unwashed and in the condition it arrived in. Return shipping is the buyer's cost in this case, and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Handmade crochet
Handmade blankets follow the same 30-day window. Small variations in stitching are a feature of hand work rather than a defect.
How to start a return
Email support@gianinagifts.com with your order number, the item, and the reason. We reply with return instructions, normally within 2 business days. Please contact us before sending anything back so the return can be matched to your order.
Refunds
Once the item is back and checked, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take a few further days to post it.
Exchanges
Because items are one of a kind, a direct exchange usually is not possible. The practical route is a return and refund, then a separate order.
Cancellations
Email us before the order ships and we will cancel and refund it in full.
